Cancellation Policy

All fees are considered earned when paid. If you are unable to attend the session that you selected your payment can be credited to another session or service. If the session is canceled due to America's Favorite EA or any of our associated affiliates you will receive a full refund. The refund will be processed within 72 hours of the event being canceled.
