A designated workflow not only allows you to be efficient, it also allows you to set realistic expectations for clients. They know when you need items and when to expect to hear from you. In addition to that, you’re already set up for when you hire an employee. 

During this class, we will go through a tax preparation process that works for both virtual and in-person offices. You’ll leave with a checklist of processes and procedures that you can implement in your own practice for the tax season.
